Today, i received a Butterfly. :) a wonderful, wonderful butterfly. :)))

1. sana makatikim ako ng Mernel's cake. Ayoko ng Krispy Kremes, mababaw lang kaligayahan ko... Mernel's lang, masaya nako. hahaha. Nagpaparinig po sa mga taga-elbi jan!!!! :)

2. Sana makita ko si Dan Bait. pero di na sya Dan Bait ngayon sa rinig ko. Dan Dating Bait na ata sya. Sana magpakita sya sa alumni homecoming.

3. Sana makita ko si Tita Bing. :) i hope she comes or we can come to her. :)

4. Gusto kong makapag-devotions ulit kasama ang mga batchmates ko sa esvee. :) mag-QT together at mag-QT sharing... Thea, pwede ikaw leader? hehe.... Sama na kayo lahat!

5. Sana madaming pictures. Wala akong camera!!!! Pero sana madami tayong pictures sa sabado....

6. magpapicture ako sa mga "powers-that-be" na makikita ko sa sabado... hehe.. parang mga artista sila.. hahanapin ko sila.. sila tita edna, sila manong bel, si tita lisa, at kung sino-sino pa.. hahaha... starstruck daw kung baga... hahaha

7. Gusto ko talaga ng Mernel's cake....

mga tanong

some of the questions i've asked or been asked and i will keep asking about life, love and other mysteries.....

"minsan ba, nagsasawa (the ilonggo word for this is 'natak-an') ka na rin mag-duty?"

Everyone i know, myself included, has said yes to this question. it comes. it comes sometimes. and lately, it has come more often.

"may boyfriend ka na ba?"
"bakit wala ka pang boyfriend?"
"kelan ka magkaka-boyfriend?"

and variations of the same thought. i like to answer these questions as creatively as possible. hahahaha! nakakasawa na kase sumagot ng pare-pareho e. ibahin naman natin. haha.

"affected ka pa ba pag may namamatay/or pag may sini-CPR tayo?"

"why am i doing this?"
"for whom am i doing this?"

"why am i here again?"

"bakit ka dito sa West nag-aral?"

"taga-saan ka?"

This i answer depende kung gusto ko pa makipag-usap or hindi na. i answer Manila when i have time to talk. but i answer Davao when i don't. haha.

"kumain ka na ba?" or "kumakain ka pa ba?"

Nanay always asks me this. Expectedly.

"kelan ulit tayo magkikita?"
"kelan ka pupunta dito?"

Yey dahil this week, i can answer differently. :))))

"anong gusto mong specialization?"
"ano balak mong gawin?"
"what next?"

"are you the marrying type or the single type? what do you think ang gusto ni Lord para sa yo?"

"san tayo kakain?"

More often than not, i waive my right to make this decision. Hahaha. i just hate going out and having to decide where to eat.

"san ka magpi-pgi?"

"nag-aral ka na?"

"sa panahon po na hindi na mag-beat ang heart nya, gusto nyo pa rin po ba na mag-CPR kami or magbigay ng mga emergency meds na magpapa-pitik ulit ng heart nya?"
"ituloy pa po ba natin ito or itigil na?"
"sino pong magdedesisyon?"

Some of the hardest questions i have ever asked and i hope i never get to be asked.

"bakit ka naging doktor?"

Sana naging artista na lng ako, mas madali ata sagutin ung tanong na 'bakit ka nag-artista?'. Hahahahaha!

"may philhealth po ba kayo?"

"wala po kaming pera ngayon, ano po ba dito ang kailangan talaga?"
"pwede po bang wag muna bayaran ito?"
Some of the questions that can break your heart, knowing there is nothing you can do about the situation. Everytime i get asked this, my heart aches, and i get angry at our politicians and the powers-that-be in our country that make our people ask these kinds of questions. if they did their jobs well, we wouldn't have to answer these.

"enjoy ka naman?"

In my heart, i am. It's just that the spirit is willing but the body is weak. :) oo, enjoy, pero pagod lang talaga.... pagod lang talaga kami palagi...

early christmas treat

Ito na talaga...
One of the more toxic departments in the hospital.
Haaaay......
I'm here until sa end ng November.
I think ito rin ang department na pinaka-madaming mortalities.
I think i'll be having more moments of depression dito than anywhere else.
Ayoko mag-process.
Ayoko.
Nakakasakit lang ng puso.
Nakaka-frustrate. Nakaka-inis.
Nakakalungkot masyado.
