another day

Isa nanamang araw ng papers, papers at papers pa ulit.
Haaay..... tapos ang laptop ko nagloloko.... Lord..... help.....

Namimiss ko na matulog na mahaba at magising ng tanghali. Sembreak na diba? Bat di ko nafe-feel na sembreak na! Waaaaah.....

first day of sembreak

First day of sembreak. You'd think we'll be resting. But no, parang ganun pa rin. Wala ngang classes and exams pero trabaho pa rin naman. Paperwork, legwork, at paperwork ulit. Kay saya ng buhay! We still have Research, Therapeutics and Community Work to finish. Ole!

Research involves going to all the birthing centers in Iloilo and observing how they do things there. Masaya kase at least we get to see Iloilo beyond the city. Therapeutics involves script writing, video editing at shooting at 'sang kilometrong usapan kung ano ang gagawin namin. Community Work is well, ironically, paperwork na lng kase nagawa na namin lahat ng gagawin namin during the sem. So all that's left is to write about it.

Sembreak is so deceptive. Haay... Illusion lang ang rest.... Pero sana maka-rest nga kami kahit paano... Boracay is just around the corner after all... Waaaahhhh....

Oh yeah, the sembreak was welcomed with intermittent showers. Parang nakaka-offend no. We didn't get a bright sunshiny day. Awwww....

bottom of the ninth

This sem was my first time to play softball again since grade 3. I have to admit that I had a lot of fun playing for my batch. Kahit na natalisod ako sa field, naputikan ng todo, naulanan at nagkasakit. Masaya maglaro pero nakakakaba. Lalo na nung umabot na kami sa championship game.

Anyway, ang point ko e nakakaba pag nasa third base ka tapos last inning nyo na. You know the home plate is just a few meters away but you're not there yet. There's still the chance na ma-out ka pa, hindi ka makatakbo, ma-catch ung ball, at kung ano pa. Tapos malaki ang nakasalalay sayo dahil bawat point will count for the championship. Wish mo na matapos na sana ung game, alam mo ding matatapos sya in a few minutes... but not just yet... kase kelangan mo pang tumakbo. One last bat, one last run.... and then home!

Haaay.... wish ko lang tapos na tong Monday na to.... Finals na namin sa Neuro... after this... sembreak na! =)

new old look

So many things have been happening and I've hardly had time to blog. Waaaahhh.... This past few weeks have been chaotic. We've gone through the entire Neurology Block with Medicine Week right smack in the middle of it in just 5 weeks. But wait, there's more! Hehe, idagdag mo pa ang kangaragan ng mga tao sa Research. O diba. Recipe for nervous breakdown, major depression or some heart disease. Yay. Med.

Because of all our busy-busyhan... I forgot to blog that I've had my hair cut. Twice. One was a long version and the next day, I had it cut again the short version naman. The first was on Friday after our exam, and then the next day, Saturday ng gabi. Kase I realized that the long version will take me hours to maintain and I can't afford that. I can't even comb my hair in the morning much less blow dry my hair! So I'm back to my highschool and college days look. =)

The pic of me in orange was taken when I was in college. Pati ka da? Daw pareho man gihapon itsura ko subong. Haha! And the one na nakatalikod ako was ung length na inabot ng buhok ko last year before na-murder nung hairdresser when he cut off the split ends. The one of me in pseud0-straight hair was the look I had after I had it cut the first time. The power of blow dry! haha. The one of me in green is my look now. But with glasses (na bago na rin since I broke my rimless glasses for the nth time.) Next time n lng ung pic ko with glasses.

all in a day's work

i am now in an internet cafe doing our therapeutics project. we are discussing (also known as "fighting") with my groupmates kase di kami magkasundo kung anong gagawin namin. haaay...

i am so stressed.
